Bookings
Booking a free class or appointment reserves a spot. Please arrive 10 minutes early. If you cannot make it, tell us by text, phone or email so the spot goes to someone else. We may cancel or move a class and will tell you if we do.
Health and waiver
Training involves physical effort and some risk. Before your first session you sign our liability waiver and health questionnaire. Tell your coach about any injury or medical condition. If you are unsure whether exercise is safe for you, ask your doctor first.
Memberships and payments
Prices and membership terms are shown on the memberships page and at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe. Membership terms you agree to at checkout apply alongside these terms.
Text messages
If you opt in on a form, we text you about your requests and bookings (confirmations, reminders and staff replies). Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel at any time; you will get one message confirming you are unsubscribed. Reply HELP for help, or call (786) 761-0304. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Opting in is not required to book or buy anything. See our privacy policy for how we handle your number.
