The performance classes run six days a week on a fixed rotation: Strength on Monday and Thursday, Power on Tuesday and Friday, Metcon on Wednesday and Saturday. A coach runs every session. The membership is $199 a month with no contract, and the first class is free.
What a week looks like
Strength days are built on squat, hinge, press and pull patterns, four to five working sets per movement with structured rest, loaded by progressive overload. Power days open with jumps, medicine ball throws or short sprints and move into Olympic-lift derivatives or velocity-based lifts with full recovery between sets. Metcon days are structured intervals with prescribed work and rest, built so the output is repeatable in every round.
Three sessions in a week, one of each, make a complete training week. Four to six sessions work for people who recover well; the coach helps you choose.
What makes it different from a gym
Every class is written in advance and coached live. Your sets are logged in the Onyx Performance OS app as you lift, with a recommended load for each set and the reason for it. Once a month your body composition is scanned, and several times a block you jump on the force plates inside the session, so your numbers are measured rather than remembered.
Who trains here
Adults from their twenties to their sixties, former athletes, parents of the youth athletes who train here, and people coming back from an injury under their physician's clearance. Movements and loads are scaled to the person by the coach.
